If you happen to go to a ski shop, and do not mind waiting for 20 to 30 minutes, having a ski tech mount them for about $30 may be the best choice. The other option is spending 30 minutes or so at home at your convenience to do it by yourself. Here is the instruction manul. 

Some skis come with a template glued on the them.  The template is is usually a picture of binding.  The boot hook is the ballance point.  It is best to verify it.  After the mounting plate is aligned correctly on a ski, it is the best to tape it and drill small holes through the openings.  You couls also mark the holes, and drill them with the plat off the ski.
