Upgrading Windows

Upgrading Microsoft Windows usually takes a day but it does not mean one has to do a day's work to accomplish it. Installing the OS usually takes one to two hours. Installing updates which could be well over 100 takes two hours or so. Configuring firewall and installing all the applications coud be a few hours or even a few days depending on the number of applications.

Some motherboard drivers that come with Windows Vista cannot handle hard disk space more than 1TB.  New driver is needed before using HD > 1TB.
