..users\xxx\AppData can take 100+ GB data. Do not change the location of any of its sub-folders. Once the location is changed, the location tab will no longer be available (this is apparently a bug). Doing so could incur irreversible damages that may take one or two days to recover.
It is safe to change the locations of Documents, Pictures, Music folders. It may be a good idea to do so if the primary drive is an SSD with limited space.
