Stir-fried Green Pepper

Materials:
| Green pepper | 500 g |
| Peanut oil | 50 g |
| Soy sauce | 25 g |
| Salt | 3 g |
| Green onion | 20 g |
Procedures:
- Cut the green pepper into long threads.
- Heat the peanut oil and add the shredded green onion and fried them for 10 seconds; add the green pepper and stir-fry till they shine oily; add soy sauce, salt and mix well.
